Dear colleagues,

The European Commission awarded the new Framework Contracts for the
period of 2009-2011. Our partner, IBM Belgium, is selected by the EC
as member of a consortium for Lot 3 (Telecommunications and
information technologies). IBM Belgium has not been retained for Lot
10 (Support to Industry / Commerce / Services) and Lot 11 (Macro
economy, Public Finances and Regulatory aspects). If launched as
scheduled the new FWCs will commence towards the end of September
2009.

We will regularly inform you about offers we receive under the lot 3
by sending the ToR for individual assignments indicating the deadline
by which we need to receive your confirmation of interest and
availability.

Nevertheless, new opportunities will arises for experts who posted
their CVs for lot 10 and 11 as we are preparing to work with other
international donors such as JICA, EIB and ABD.

and if possible in French or Spanish).
